Water Intrusion Diagnostics

Water often becomes visible far from where it actually entered the building. BluePoint uses targeted diagnostic testing to trace moisture, evaluate likely pathways and help identify the source before corrective work begins.

Thermal imaging helps identify temperature patterns and anomalies that may indicate areas requiring further investigation. It allows us to evaluate larger surfaces quickly and target testing more precisely.

Targeted Investigation

Once testing identifies areas of concern, we evaluate likely entry points and pathways, including roofing, flashing, masonry, windows, plumbing, penetrations and other building components.

Moisture Mapping

Moisture readings taken at multiple locations help establish the extent and direction of moisture migration. Mapping those readings can reveal patterns that are not obvious from visible staining alone.

Independent Findings

BluePoint’s diagnostic work is focused on identifying and documenting what the testing indicates. Our findings are not dependent on selling a particular repair or requiring corrective work to be performed by us, giving property owners, managers and associations a clearer basis for deciding what comes next.

The repair decision remains yours.
